Kai Greene sets an example for the young lifters

In the annals of bodybuilding, Greene is renowned as an uncrowned emperor. Three times in a row, he absurdly missed out on the championship title. He finished in second place in the IFBB Mr. Olympia competitions in 2012, 2013, and 2014, however, he lost each time by only a hairs margin.

However, this did not determine the athlete from following his ambition. Kai has a history of being involved in the bodybuilding community. Greene has always been a vocal ambassador for bodybuilders, whether it is by standing on international podiums or by promoting the sport in different media.

Initially, Kai addressed the roller-coaster nature of life. He wrote in his post, “When you set out on your own journey, there are going to be ups and downs. There will be moments where you feel like giving in and moments where you feel like you’ve made it all happen. But no matter what happens along the way, no matter how many obstacles there are along your path and no matter how many times they knock you down…”

Greene then spoke about growth. He continued, “If you can keep moving forward and keep pushing through that’s when things get really special. That’s when real growth happens. When you learn from each experience and make yourself stronger than ever before so that when the next challenge comes along, you’re prepared at the highest state.”
